LAB, Inc. is a talent agency for the music industry. We were launched in 2022 by Doug Klinger, co-founder of IMVDb, former curator at Vimeo, and music video rep since 2017. Talent Rep, Tatiana Lewis joined the team in 2024.

Our boutique talent agency acts as a conduit between the most creative labels, managers and artists with the world’s best directors, photographers, editors, animators, and VFX artists in the music industry.

We bring a wealth of insight and expertise to every project we take on. We understand the unique challenges and opportunities that exist in the music video industry and are committed to helping our talent achieve their creative and professional goals.
