LAB, Inc. is a talent agency for the music industry. We were launched in 2022 by Doug Klinger, co-founder of IMVDb, former curator at Vimeo, and music video rep since 2017. Talent Rep, Tatiana Lewis joined the team in 2024.

Our boutique talent agency acts as a conduit between the most creative labels, managers and artists with the world’s best directors, photographers, editors, animators, and VFX artists in the music industry.
